Process Equipment’s powder booth collector system modules are a state of the art design that have been engineered to minimize their foot print on your shop floor while providing the maximum powder collection efficiency for your powder paint booth.
Our powder booth collector system modules are available in 4 standard sizes based on the CFM requirements of your powder paint booth.
2000 CFM; 4000 CFM; 6000 CFM; 8000 CFM; other sizes and custom configurations are available.
All of Process Equipment’s powder booths collector modules come with the following standard features:
- Filters: 99.8% efficiency for .5 micron particles, quick change filter system, auto pulse cleaning system
- Construction: Main cabinet fabricated from formed 11 gauge steel components and fully welded.
- Electrical: Main control panel is NEMA 12 rated, CSA SPE-1000 compliant wiring, CSA Approved before shipping
Wet Paint Booths
The line of industrial paint booths available from Process Equipment, includes wet painting booths that are ideally suited for auto painting in body shops and similar applications. Our open face industrial paint booths feature durable galvanized steel single-skin panel design, along with shadow-free lighting for excellent visibility while you work. Heavy-duty fans and motors offer an unbeatable combination of superior performance and maximum energy efficiency. The booths offer an expandable modular design that is also easy to assemble.
Our industrial paint booths are available in four airflow types including:
- Downdraft – The best choice for over spray removal
- Side Downdraft – Ideal for over spray removal in situations where digging a pit is not a viable alternative
- Semi-Downdraft – A budget-friendly option when pit excavation is not feasible
- Cross draft – A low-cost option for body shops of all sizes that also does not require pit excavation
Process Equipment also offers a complete package of booth enclosure panels to meet your powder booth design requirements. All of our powder booth enclosures are constructed using either 18 gauge Galvanized Sheet or 20 gauge Stainless Sheet (304). We will work with you to ensure that the design of the powder booth meets all of your specific requirements.
