Batch Ovens
This is the oven that started it all for Process Equipment over 25 years ago. Our industrial batch oven for curing powder or wet paint parts. After delivering hundreds of these units throughout North America over the past 25 years and with numerous repeat customers, we have proven experience to provide your company with a top quality batch oven.
Process Equipment only uses top quality Maxon(R) burners on all of our batch ovens as standard equipment. We also use top quality gas components from Honeywell(R), Antunes(R), Maxitrol(R) and Asco(R) that are fully approved to meet CSA, NFPA and TSSA certification standards for all our gas fired batch ovens.
All our batch ovens are available in either 4″ or 6″ rock-wool insulated ovens panels. Our oven panels are produced using standard bright galvanized or aluminized sheet steel. Other sheet options such as stainless steel (304 & 316) are available to meet your needs.
With 30+ years experience in building gas and electric batch ovens, Process Equipment is able to offer you the technical experience and know how when it comes to batch ovens.
All of our electrically heated batch ovens, heat process batch ovens and industrial batch ovens are designed to meet CSA ESA SPE-1000.
